2. Use of License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Learnig's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The materials on Learnig's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Learnig makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Learnig or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Learnig's website.
5. Material You Upload
You can add pages from a textbook or other material to create practice for your own students. You are responsible for having the right to use that material this way. Only upload material you are allowed to use with your students. Learnig uses what you upload only to create practice for your classes. We do not keep the original files after we have read them. We keep the name of the source you entered and the activities you approved. By default, we write new sentences and keep only the type of practice. If you choose to use the questions from the pages as they are, you must confirm that you have the right to do so. Lessons made this way can only be shared with your own classes. They cannot be made public or unlisted.
If you believe material on Learnig infringes your rights, use the contact form. Tell us what the material is and where you found it. We will review the request and remove the content when it is justified. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly upload material they have no right to use.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
